CLD Construction is a multi-disciplinary general contracting company here to carry out the daily direction and operation of your next project. Having 20 years of experience within construction, we have built a strong network of specialized subcontractors committed to offering quality and timely work. We have expertise in both residential and commercial projects and provide materials, obtain necessary permits, schedule inspections, comply with all building codes and see the project through to completion.

New Construction

So you’ve found the perfect property to begin building your new home or next business? CLD can help you in the earliest stages of your project by determining if the property is feasible. We also assist with design to determine if what you want will fit within zoning set-backs and search property information for right-away easements. Once determined, we consult with architects and can decipher how big and where to build.

Project Management

Many general contractors may hire out a project manager, but we take this role in-house to ensure the best experience and results for our clients. CLD is responsible for overseeing the building of your project from beginning to end. That includes successfully budgeting, organizing, implementing, and scheduling the entire construction project.

Remodels

We offer our expertise in construction and taste in design to help clients achieve their dream renovations. We work alongside our expert subcontractors to design, budget, schedule, demolish, and construct both residential and commercial remodels as efficiently and timely as possible.

Environmental Consulting

We believe the earth comes first and we must work to live in harmony with it. With this mindset, we assess lands for wetlands, critical areas, drainage issues, setbacks, and properties that are deemed hard-to-build to ensure the property is in fact buildable. We also do the hard work and source sustainable materials and carry out mindful waste practices. We walk clients through low impact development requirements and take our our time to ensure the project is a good fit for the land and, vice versa, the land is a good for your project.

Permitting

We work with architects, engineers, and surveyors to acquire all the permits necessary for your construction needs. Permits are conducted during the pre-construction and design phase and are necessary in order to meet your local municipalities requirements.
